SATCOM and OneView Service Troubleshooting Links

• If your SATCOM problem is related to a new aircraft install,
   or the feature has never worked :

       It would be best to review the SATCOM system configuration and installation requirements with a technical support representative of your SATCOM system manufacturer.

• If your ONEVIEW problem is related to a new aircraft install,
   or  are you are unable to see channel 100 (the preview channel) :

Please contact the on-call person at Cabin Services at 602-436-0095,
after business hours press option 1.
