Honeywell Cabin Services has a team of competent Account Management Representatives (AMRs) and network systems engineers dedicated to Cabin Services technical support, for a  fast, courteous and effective response.

Our customers only have to call one phone number to resolve any service or system related issue.

The Cabin Services AMRs will coordinate with the Honeywell Customer Response Center (CRC), Product Engineers, and Cabin Services technical support team for all reported systems and service issues, on a 24x7 basis. They will ensure that the customer receives a complete response, ensuring a satisfactory resolution to the reported issue.

This team will be able to assist in the re-configuring of your aircraft communication systems to provide a viable and effective alternative SATCOM communication link to replace the Magnastar (Verizon) service which is scheduled for termination later this year.

Ground Gateway

Honeywell Cabin Services has established a Communications Gateway facility on the ground, dedicated to enhancing the Satellite based communication services for its customers.

By having our select customers terminate their SATCOM HSD and IP based Voice & Data communication links via this dedicated Communications Gateway facility we can offer true end-to-end technical service coverage, and also enhance service options - such as application specific network bandwidth optimization, i.e. superior Data Compression and significantly more efficient IP telephony connections. We also support EMS CNX Network Accelerator systems at this facility.

As a systems integrator, Honeywell will ensure that all possible on board communication links are incorporated into one seamless solution for your passengers, to help them keep in touch - anywhere in the world.
