   Cabin Services Customer Portal “My Cabin” allows the customer to review and update their Honeywell     Cabin Services  account any time day or night at their own convinience.
   Review voice and data call records.
        - near Real Time Direct data feed from Inmarsat with < 15 minutes lag.
   Call Data Records (CDRs) details presented in an easy to view format, with all Clear Cause Codes in     simple English.
   Functions as a valuable tool for the customers to review the performance and check the volume of their     voice & data calls.
   View and request update to their account profile.
   View Invoices and system configuration files.
   Opt to receive Invoices, Network Status Notices, Satcom system Log On, and aircraft flight status     messages via email.
   A new customer who registers for cabin services will be automatically assigned with the login details     upon approval of cabin services application and registration form by AMR,and the login details will be     sent to the email address provided by customer.
